Fabricated (2) of the Main Wing Lock Extensions, B06-03. Drilled the 3/8" holes and trial fitted them to the wing and -02 attach brackets. No problem with those. When I get the wings in the desired folded position I can drill the (3) AN3-11 bolt holes to finish fabricating the -01 assembly.
Fabricated (1) of the Rear Wing Lock Attach Brackets, B06-04. I didn't drill any holes this time, but again the 3/8" hole will not line up with the pin hole, and there is not enough meat on the large leg of the bracket to move the hole outboard. If the leg is left the full 2" instead of trimming to the 1-27/32" on the print, there may be enough room to move the hole outboard. In the second image the part made to print is sitting on an uncut angle. The location of the pin hole is the blue circle on the right of the part as opposed to the + where the print says the hole should be. The part could be used in the inverted position. That is seen in the left of the first image. Using it that way does not take advantage of the reinforcement of the short angle leg near the area of greatest stress.
